I have been with Afrihost for a few years now and always had good customer service, with WiFi and with hosting. Afrihost really try to assist at all time, I like their service.

Afrihost would do well to hire more representatives like Ethan C. I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable. Well off I go to look for a stop gap until Openserve decides to move along with actually bringing fibre into our complex instead of calling it good enough to have brought them to the gate…

Fast response, always on time and within 24 hours. I've been with them a year now and have not been disappointed once, everything just runs so smoothly and assists me in turn again to be able to assist my clients speedily. Would definitely recommend Afrihost.

All the ISP's have a similar price, but with Afrihost you always get knowledgeable answers and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply. They also have an awesome WhatsApp help line.

Very happy with Afrihost, since 2018. Every few months they upgrade our fibre speed without charging more. Customer service is also top notch. Got a free router upgrade this week too. Keep it up.
