Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.

What and absolutely great pleasure working with these people. VOX and Vodacom can learn a thing or two regarding customer service/Support from Afrihost.
