Afrihost advisors demonstrated knowledge of their products. They clearly understood my needs. They were able to advise me on the service I needed to subscribe for. They were patient as I navigated their website; the website was easy to navigate. Once I had selected my desired package, the payment platform was safe, secure and efficient. The only smudge, perhaps was that I have to wait for a week for a technician to come in and do the installation. In a general sense, not specific to Afrihost, I believe that corporates should up the service standards. Keeping a client queuing for service for a week is just not on; particularly in a country with high levels of unemployment.

I had a problem with my debit order payments and used WhatsApp to interact with one of Afrihost's technicians. His name is Larry and found him to be knowledgeable and had patience with my repetitive questions.

Customer support is definitely a major priority for Afrihost. The agents I have dealt with over the course of the past two weeks have been amazing at trying to sort us out. Unfortunately there are other ISPs out there who want to watch the world burn. Thank you Musa, Tutu and anyone else I've dealt with recently for letting me vent.
