Rough start a few years ago with them, but back then the problem was more with Openserve. Been a client now for 3 years and truly can't complain. Constant, quality internet. No hassles when we moved house, and annual free upgrades to my fibre line. Happy customer!

Doesn't matter what time of the day it is - Afrihost is there to assist - I had late night problems and they still called back - the WhatsApp service is brilliant - quick and easy! I’ve always received great support. Fiber to home connected with fantastic uptime and mobile data rates cannot be beat - and you get 1GB free each month, no contract, all on prepaid. It’s the way to go. So happy a tech savvy friend recommended them years ago. I also manage our business phones via the app which is easy to navigate.

My experience with Afrihost the company is up and down, but a gentleman called Bonginkosi assisted me via what's app today for 2 HOURS and was so patient, kind (I was in a bad mood) and supportive, didn't give up until we found the problem. 10 Stars for Bonginkosi!!
